This Privacy Policy explains how Dudi ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our WhatsApp apartment-finding service.

What we collect

• Phone number — provided via WhatsApp when you message the bot.
• Search preferences — neighborhoods, rooms, budget, features, frequency, and any other criteria you share to shape your matches.
• Conversation history — the messages you exchange with the bot, used to maintain context across your requests.
• Delivery state — which listings we have already sent you, so we avoid sending duplicates.

How we use it

• To match and deliver relevant apartment listings to you via WhatsApp.
• To remember your preferences between messages.
• To avoid sending you duplicate or irrelevant listings.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

We rely on the following processors to run the service:

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — delivers messages between you and the bot.
• Google Cloud — hosts the application (Cloud Run), stores data (Firestore, BigQuery, Cloud Storage), and performs AI analysis of listings (Gemini).
• Bright Data — collects public listings from permitted sources for the bot to analyze.

These providers process your data under their own privacy terms and only for the purposes described here.

Data retention

We retain your phone number, preferences, and conversation history for as long as your subscription is active. You may request deletion at any time by messaging the bot or emailing contact@dudibot.com. Once requested, we delete personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any limited retention required for legal or security purposes.

Your rights

• Pause or resume delivery at any time by messaging the bot.
• Update or remove your search preferences at any time.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and access-restricted storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Dudi is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
